Absolutely not. You don’t need to clean for your cleaner. Homes are lived in, and I’m there to help—not judge. If anything needs to be picked up first, I’ll explain what will help make the most of your scheduled cleaning time.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring cleaning may be available depending on the current schedule.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes. One-time cleaning is available for clients who need occasional help or a fresh start.
Do you offer deep cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning is available for homes that need more detailed attention.
Do you clean inside ovens and refrigerators?
These services may be included with certain deep cleans or added when requested. Please mention what you would like included when requesting your quote.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not necessarily need to be home. Access arrangements can be discussed when scheduling.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. I generally bring the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the agreed cleaning. If you prefer specific products, let me know ahead of time.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, depending on the circumstances. Please mention pets when booking so I can plan appropriately.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation policy provided during booking. Please give as much notice as possible.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?
Availability varies. Contact me and I’ll let you know what may be possible.
