Information I collect
When you submit the Contact & Quote form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service interest, and message. Please do not include sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or medical information in the message field.
The website host, WordPress security tools, and Cloudflare may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and security signals. The contact form also uses a short-lived, one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The theme does not save your raw IP address as part of the form submission.
How I use your information
I use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and discuss a cleaning quote, coordinate or provide requested services, offer customer support, maintain necessary business records, prevent spam and abuse, operate and secure the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations. I do not use form details for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.
Where form information goes
After a submission passes validation and spam protection, it is saved as a private record in the WordPress administration area before a notification email is attempted. A copy may also be stored in notification email accounts, email delivery logs, website backups, and hosting backups. Access is limited to the business owner and authorized website or service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy.
How information is shared
I do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, website administration, backups, and spam prevention. I may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the safety of a person.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes limited browser, device, network, and security signals. When the form is submitted, the website sends the verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare for validation. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit the form entries themselves.

Cookies and similar technology
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or a dedicated visitor analytics script. WordPress, the website host, security services, and Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology when necessary to operate and secure the website or validate the contact form. Blocking essential browser storage or scripts may prevent parts of the website or form from working correctly.
Payments
Payment may be arranged separately through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash, or check. This website does not collect payment card, bank account, or payment login information. If you use an outside payment service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms apply to its handling of your information.
How long information is kept
Form submissions and related email records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Saved submissions are manually removed from WordPress when they are no longer needed. Routine backups and technical logs may retain copies for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted.
How information is protected
I use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for this website, including HTTPS, restricted administrative access, form validation, rate limiting, and spam protection. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
